Sandaerospace modular omni-rockets can land on six directional points of asteroids, pile-up retro-rockets until there is full maneuver control and rocket fuel mining capacity of Asteroid.
The key is understanding the power of domino effect and networking to detect and control asteroids. Detected or not asteroids with safe/dangerous orbits can be knocked into a dangerous/safe orbit. So the key is gradually building a network of controlled asteroids landing modular omni directional/retro rockets at six directional points. These Asteroids can be maneuvered or used to knock other bigger ones that still temporarily can't be controlled, but eventually all Asteroids can be controlled, mined and become space stations or protoplanets.
